At RichTroper, we want you to walk with confidence. We understand that sometimes a fit isn’t perfect or a style doesn’t look quite how you imagined once it’s on your feet. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
1. The 7-Day Guarantee
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date you receive your order. Whether you are in Dhaka, New York, or anywhere else in the world, you have one week to decide if your new pair is the perfect fit.
2. Condition of Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must meet the following “As-New” criteria:
- Unworn & Clean: Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and show no signs of outdoor wear, scuffs, or creases.
- Original Packaging: The items must be returned in their original RichTroper box, including all dust bags, tags, and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your printed invoice or order number.
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Send an email to returns@richtroper.com or message us on our Facebook Page with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Ship It Back: Once approved, you can send the package to our local hubs in Dhaka (Bangladesh) or Sheridan (USA), depending on your location.
4. Exchanges (Size & Style)
Ordered a size 42 but need a 43? No problem!
- First Exchange: We offer one free exchange per order regarding size (customer pays return shipping, we pay the shipping for the new pair).
- Availability: If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or offer an alternative style.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Mobile Banking) within 7–10 business days.
- Non-Refundable: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Sale Items
Items purchased during a “Clearance” or “Final Sale” event are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a structural defect.
